    In November 2018 we had 11.5 inches of snow in Horseheads and I had someone hired from Finger lakes tree service to plow my driveway.  When the snow stopped he still had not shown up,  even though he had previously come out and looked at the driveway and given me an estimate and assured me that he would be taking care of snow removal for the entire season.  I texted him to remind him that mine had not been done.  He gave no explanation, but did text back "have a fabulous day "!!

    I immediately called Floyds tree service and within 2 hours Floyd was outside plowing my driveway.  That was after he had been awake for approximately 36 hours helping people all around the area.  Also said that he would make sure that my driveway would be taken care of for the rest of the winter!!  You don't find any better than this business
